Place the wax areolas directly on the breast without cleaning them first. During pregnancy, a maximum of 2 to 3 hours per day. During the breastfeeding adaptation period, after each feed, for a maximum of 1 hour after each feed.

They can be washed with water and mild soap and left to air dry. Do not expose them to high temperatures or direct sunlight. Be careful not to drop them, as they may break.

The shelf life expires 2 years after being removed from the packaging.
