1. Order processing
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt;
1.1 Please note that for items not immediately in stock ("on order"), the customer must pay in full, and will be provided with an estimated/expected delivery date.
1.2. In the event of a stockout, the customer will be contacted by us via email with a suggestion for a replacement or information regarding availability and the expected delivery timeframe. After confirmation by the customer, the order will be shipped subject to item availability.
1.3. If, in this latter case of a stockout, you do not wish to wait for the arrival of the ordered item or accept a replacement, BabyCool will refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 days from the date we become aware of said unavailability;
1.4. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer only after payment confirmation;

3. Cancellations
3.1. In case of order errors attributable to BabyCool, the customer will receive the correct item at no additional cost;
3.2. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in case of order errors attributable to the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 The customer may return the product within 14 days of delivery or exchange it within 30 days, provided they possess proof of purchase. Transport costs for returns, replacements, or exchanges of items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Pricing Policy
5.1. Despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced, which is why BabyCool verifies prices whenever processing orders. If the actual price of the product is lower than the advertised price, BabyCool will refund the difference. If the actual price is higher, BabyCool will inform the Customer of such situation via email and await their decision to accept the new offer or cancel the order within 15 days from the date it was communicated.
5.2. In the event of a computer, technical, human, or any other type of error that causes a substantial, unforeseen change by BabyCool in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled;
5.3. All prices shown on the site include VAT at the applicable legal rate;
5.4. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice;
5.5. BabyCool reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding products, prices, promotions, and commercial and service conditions;
5.6. Promotions advertised on the site are subject to existing stock.
5.7. Prices practiced at www.babycool.com are exclusive to the BabyCool online store and may differ from prices in the physical store.
6. Content
6.1. The User undertakes to use the information they have access to exclusively for private purposes;
6.2. The user agrees that the use of the website is at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabyCool is exempt from any warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of the website;
6.3. BabyCool reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to the babycool.com site for the period strictly necessary and for any technical, administrative, force majeure, or other reasons.
6.4. All information and, in general, the content of the site may be changed without prior notice;
6.5. BabyCool is not responsible, nor assumes any liability or obligation, towards the User or third parties for any cost, expense, damage, or loss, regardless of its nature, resulting from (i) any inaccuracy, imprecision, error, omission, or deficiency of the data or any information provided through this website and in communications sent by it, (ii) delays or interruptions in the supply of data or any information provided through this website, (iii) errors, viruses, "trojans," or similar that may be transmitted to or through the website, (iv) any decision made or action taken by the User or third parties based on information provided through this website, even if inaccurate or incorrect;
6.6. When accessing websites through links provided by BabyCool, the User agrees that the information obtained through these links was created by third parties, and BabyCool has no editorial responsibility for it. The links are provided exclusively for informational purposes, and BabyCool is not responsible for any consequences arising from accessing them.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. The User acknowledges that the information, as well as the databases they have access to, constitutes the intellectual property of BabyCool or third parties, such as suppliers, brands, or entities that contribute to the creation or maintenance of the website, committing to refrain from any act that, under applicable law, might constitute a violation of the rights held by BabyCool or such entities, as the case may be;
7.2. The website content is provided for information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, sold, or in any way made accessible to third parties, unless for exclusively private and non-commercial purposes. The User is the sole and exclusive responsible party for the improper use of the information they have access to within the scope of this site.
8. Dispute Management
Babycool has joined the Arbitration Center for Consumer Disputes of the District of Coimbra for the regulation, via Voluntary Arbitration (Law no. 63/2011, of December 14), of potential and future consumer disputes arising from the supply of goods or provision of services at its establishments, agencies, or branches, the value of which does not exceed 5,000.00 euros.
